Members,
As we welcome new county officials and members to TCSA, we want to make sure everyone has access to our new member platform. If you are a new county official or new TCSA member and have not received an invitation to the platform, please contact the TCSA office. We will verify your information and send you the appropriate invitation link.
Please do not create a new profile on your own. Most new members already have a profile in the system, and the TCSA office will need to make sure your information is correct and send the invitation to the appropriate email address.
For members who have already received an invitation, here are a few things to know:
- The invitation email will look like the example pictured above.
- The email will come from an @engagifii.com email address.
- Click the orange “Create Profile” button in the email to get started.
- You will then be prompted to create a password and log in to the platform.
- If you do not see the invitation in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder.
- The invitation is secure, and once your profile is created, you will be able to access your TCSA member dashboard.
New county officials: If you are new to your position or new to TCSA and have not received your Engagifii invitation, please contact the TCSA office. We will verify your information, make sure we have the correct email address on file, and send you the appropriate invitation link. This will allow you to access the member platform and register for upcoming TCSA conferences.
Current members: If you have not yet set up your account, or if your email address has changed, please make sure your information is up to date. If you need an invitation resent or need to update your email address, please contact the TCSA office for assistance.
