2026 TCSA Trade Show
When: October 21 – 22, 2026
Where: Rutherford County (Murfreesboro), Tennessee
Registration opens July 13, 2026, for vendors to select their booths. Please do not register outside of your booth selection.

Registration for Trade Show Vendors
Online Registration Option (Fastest, Most Secure Option)
Vendors are required to register through TCSA’s event management platform at www.tcsa.engagifii.com. You’ll now be able to select your own booth location through an interactive trade show map when you register through the new system. Both standard and premium (corner & high-trafficked) booths are available, and space will fill quickly, so don’t wait to reserve. Once a booth has been assigned to you, you will receive an invoice. You may mail a check or pay online securely via credit card on the invoice link.
If you’ve used the new system before, you can log in as usual. If you don’t yet have an account, click the registration link to create one, or contact the TCSA office at (615) 532-3767, and we’ll send you a personalized invitation link to get started. We’re happy to help you through the process!
Note: Each booth reservation includes two (2) conference registrations. If you have more than two (2) individuals attending the conference with your organization, then each additional registration is $100 per person.
If you are a new vendor and would like assistance registering for the event, please email us prior to registering for an Engagifii account. Booth Registration Pricing and Information:
- $1,250 standard booth
- Includes TWO members of your organization
- $1,500 premium or corner booth
- Includes TWO members of your organization
(Each additional member in attendance will be an additional $100.)

TEAR DOWN:

EXHIBIT BOOTH:
- 8’ x 8’ Booth with standard pipe and drape
- One skirted table
- Two chairs
- Booth ID sign
- One wastebasket
NOTE: Booth area is carpeted
To reserve booth space at the 2026 TCSA Annual Fall Conference at the Embassy Suites, please register through the TCSA website with your 3 booth preferences. If you need any assistance in the registration process, please contact the TCSA office.
A map of the booth venue will be available on the TCSA platform. Once your booth space is confirmed, you will receive and invoice. You may pay by check or by credit card via the link on the invoice. Payment is required with the completed registration no later than October 5, 2026. After that date, booths may not be available. Additional services (such as electrical outlets, wireless internet, TV, extra table/chair) may be rented from the Embassy Suites.
When we receive your payment, you will receive an Exhibitor Order Form with information on additional services and prices. It is your responsibility to secure electricity, internet connectivity, and/or any additional services for your booth.
TCSA provides door prizes to be given to attendees following the Delegates’ Luncheon at the end of the Trade Show. Each delegate will be given a BINGO card to fill in. We want to make every effort to encourage our delegates to visit your booth and speak with you or your representative.
To facilitate this, when you return your contract to us, please provide a digital company logo to be used in the BINGO squares. You can email that to Carol Engroff at tcsa.engroff@tncounties.org. We will provide markers or stickers for you to mark the delegates’ BINGO cards once they have visited and spoken to you. Everyone who completes their BINGO card will be entered in the drawing for the TCSA prizes.
If you wish to provide a door prize to be awarded following the Delegates’ Luncheon, please feel free to do so, but it is not required. If you choose to bring a door prize, you may draw & award it at your booth or we will be happy to announce it for you at the end of the Trade Show. We will provide a bag on each booth to collect names.
