Conference Registration Information
We strongly encourage you to register early—for both your convenience and ours! Early registration allows our team to better prepare materials, name badges, and meals.
- Conference Registration: All members and guests can register on the TCSA website or fill out a paper registration.

- TCSA Members & County Staff – $400
- Non-members & State Agency Partners – $450
- Guests & Spouses– $150
- October 7 – 23, 2026:
- TCSA Members & County Staff – $450
- Non-members & State Agency Partners – $500
- Guests & Spouses– $150

- On-site registration is available, but space is limited. We encourage early registration to guarantee your participation and that provisions are available.
Lodging Information
Please note: Lodging reservations at the secured room block rate will not be available until Monday, June 22, 2026, at 9:00 am CDT. Do not attempt to contact the hotel to reserve your room before this time — you’ll be disappointed!
Members and conference guests are encouraged to reserve only the number of rooms that are definitely needed for your party/county. More overflow hotel information will be available soon!
