Q: When registering for an event, what if I don’t have a “Pay Now” or “Pay Later” option in the dropdown payment menu?

A: Sometimes, users may need to clear their internet cache and cookies for the Engagifii platform (and many other online software services) to maintain fully functional capabilities. Q: I can’t access an event to register for it. How can I gain access to an event?

A: There are several possible issues here. However, the most common issue with even registration is that the event registration window simply hasn’t opened yet. TCSA event registrations typically open up at least one month prior to the event start date. If you can’t access an event at this point, you can contact tcsa.association@tncounties.org for more assistance. We may need to rework something on our end!
