We’re excited to share the draft agenda for TCSA’s Fall Conference and Trade Show! This preview gives you a first look at the sessions, speakers, and events we have planned.
Please note that the agenda is subject to change as final details are confirmed in the coming weeks, but we wanted to give you an early opportunity to start planning your travel time and session(s) attendance.

2025 Fall Conference Spouse/Guest Tour Details Announced
Spots on this unique experience are limited, so please notify the TCSA office ahead of time if you’d like to join!
Join us for a magical day at Ancient Lore Village, nestled just 15 minutes from downtown Knoxville in the foothills of the Smoky Mountains. This whimsical, storybook retreat brings the pages of Bokee’s Trek to life with charming themed dwellings, enchanting gardens, interactive story tours, and self-guided audio trails that invite you to unplug, wander, and reconnect.
Along with a tour of the grounds, you’ll also have the chance to try your hand at outdoor activities like axe throwing and archery, or soak in the fun at the Gremlin Gameyard. Lunch will also be included during the event, held from 9:30 am – 3:00 pm on Thursday, October 9th.
As in years’ past, this spouse/guest tour has an additional $10 registration fee. To register for this event, please contact the TCSA office before conference time. On-site spouse/guest tour registrations are not guaranteed, so register today!
