Registration for Trade Show Vendors
Online Registration Option (Fastest, Most Secure Option)
Vendors are required to register through TCSA’s new event management platform at www.tcsa.engagifii.com. You’ll now be able to select your own booth location through an interactive trade show map when you register through the new system. Both standard and premium (corner & high-trafficked) booths are available, and space will fill quickly, so don’t wait to reserve. Once a booth has been assigned to you, you will receive an invoice. You may mail a check or pay online securely via credit card on the invoice link.
If you’ve used the new system before, you can log in as usual. If you don’t yet have an account, click the registration link to create one, or contact the TCSA office at (615) 532-3767, and we’ll send you a personalized invitation link to get started. We’re happy to help you through the process!
Note: Each booth reservation includes two (2) conference registrations. If you have more than two (2) individuals attending the conference with your organization, then each additional registration is $100 per person.
