2026 Lodging Information

Park Vista Hotel (Conference Host):

• As of March 25, 2026, the TCSA room block at the Park Vista hotel is full; however, you can contact the overflow hotel (Bearskin Lodge) and reserve your room now!

Bearksin Lodge (Overflow Hotel)

• The Bearskin Lodge rooms can only be reserved via phone call. Please call (865) 430-4330 and use the code TN Legislative Conference.
• Room Rate: $150 per night

2026 Registration Information

• County Officials and Staff: $250 (before May 5, 2026)
• Non-members and staff agency partners: $275 (before May 5, 2026)
• After May 4, 2026, at 11:59 pm CDT, registration costs will increase by $25.00 per registrant. Any mailed check payments postmarked after May 4, 2026, will be charged at the higher registration rate, so please plan accordingly!
