2012 Utilities

• An electric power board may provide telecommunications services if the legislative body of the city, county or metropolitan government on whose behalf the board was created has authorized it to do so.  This would include borrowing money and pledging assets as security.  Opinion No. 12-34 (March 12, 2012).
