2011 Public Safety

• Local law enforcement agencies, firefighters, first responders, and other such entities meet the definition of “public safety agencies” under T.C.A. § 68-202-503 and are exempt from paying the fee in connection with registration and inspection of radiation machines.  Opinion No. 11-45 (May 18, 2011).
