2007 Environment

• The provisions of T.C.A. § 68-221-416 and § 68-221-417 apply to all advanced treatment systems for subsurface sewage disposal not just those installed pursuant to the two year pilot project study authorized by T.C.A. § 68-221-415.  Opinion No. 07-167 (December 19, 2007).
